Join the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol - Point Turton Division.​

Official training is required for Rescue Vessel Skippers or Crew & Radio Operators.

Radio operators are required to have a Short Range Operator Certificate of Proficiency (SROCP) or equivalent/higher qualification such as the Long Range Operator Certificate of Proficiency (LROCP), Training & Exams will be provided by the Coastal Patrol for radio operators & rescue vessel skipper/crew training will be conducted by the Coastal Patrol & the SA SES Marine Operations Unit.​​
